1. Operator

2. Free self-hosted software

The OryxPi deploy zip is offered free of charge for lawful self-hosted use on hardware you control. You must provide a valid email to download. Sample users and doors in the package are for demo only — change all sample passwords before exposing a Pi to a network. Software is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for electrical safety, lock hardware, and local code compliance.

3. Optional cloud plans

Listed cloud reverse-tunnel rates on the homepage are informational. Subscriptions, invoices, and payment are handled through OSIBytes Accounts (accounts.osibytes.com) via the Accounts path from this site. This marketing site does not invent or host separate Stripe product/price IDs for those tiers. Accounts terms and billing rules apply once you checkout there.

4. Hardware kits

Pre-built kits are offered for sale through OSIBytes Accounts using service key oryxpi_kit (distinct from cloud oryxpi_app). Listed prices are USD and include US shipping only — we do not ship kits internationally from this offer. Checkout, invoices, and payment happen on accounts.osibytes.com; this marketing site does not invent Stripe Payment Links. The optional notify list does not create a purchase obligation.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse download or waitlist forms (bots, scraped lists, harassment). Do not attempt unauthorized access to OSIBytes systems. Partner / reseller participation is invite-only as described on the partner page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSIBytes Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the free software, this website, or optional cloud services. Access-control and physical security decisions remain yours.

7. Privacy

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
