Email capture disclosure

Some forms on oryxpi.com ask for your email address before we deliver a free software download or before we add you to a hardware-kit waitlist. That is intentional product contact — not a purchase.

• Free download (free_download.php): we store your email, approximate time, IP, user-agent, and optional referral code in a private server log, and we may notify info@osibytes.com so we know a download occurred. We then serve the zip.
• Hardware kit waitlist (waitlist.php): we store the same class of fields in a separate private waitlist log and may email info@osibytes.com (and optionally partners) so we can notify you when kits are available. This form does not take payment. Live kit purchases go through accounts.osibytes.com (oryxpi_kit).

We use these addresses to deliver the download, send optional product or kit availability updates, and measure interest. We do not sell your email, show it publicly, or use it for unrelated advertising networks.

What we collect

• Technical metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp, optional referral tag)
• Standard web server / security logs
• If you create or use an OSIBytes Accounts / cloud subscription, billing and account data are handled under Accounts (accounts.osibytes.com) — not by inventing payment products on this marketing site

Cookies & third parties

This marketing site may use minimal technical cookies for session/security where applicable. Optional network ads (Code-Oryx) may load third-party scripts; those parties have their own policies. Optional cloud billing occurs on accounts.osibytes.com (and payment processors used there).

Retention & your choices

Download and waitlist logs are kept for product operations and abuse prevention. To request removal or ask a privacy question, email info@osibytes.com from the address you used on the form.

Hardware kit orders & shipping

Pre-built OryxPi kits are sold through OSIBytes Accounts. Checkout collects billing (and shipping) details needed to fulfill the order. Kits ship United States only; US shipping is included in the listed kit price unless Accounts states otherwise on the invoice. We use your shipping address only to deliver the kit and for related support — not for unrelated marketing lists.

Self-hosted software

The free OryxPi zip runs on your Raspberry Pi. Data you put in that local install stays on your device unless you connect optional cloud tunnels or third-party integrations you configure yourself.
